The largest of our meeting and event spaces, The Clubhouse is ideal for conferences, with exclusive use of a large terrace overlooking the golf courses, private bar and private entrance. Holds 40 to 200 delegates.

Located on the ground floor of Foxhills’ Manor House, The Library is an elegant, large room with two entrances, one to the outdoors and can be easily transformed across sessions. Holds 30 to 70 delegates for meeting spaces, 66 guests for a wedding reception or 100 guests for a wedding ceremony.

Perfect for board meetings, the Executive Boardroom can be found on the first floor of the Victorian Manor House. This meeting room features a tea and coffee station immediately outside the room and access via a private staircase. Holds 20 to 30 delegates.

Large and airy space with a fireplace and bay window with seating overlooking the golf course and woodlands, the Bessier is perfect for training days, break-out spaces, theatre sessions and private dining. Holds 20 to 25 delegates.

Located on the first floor of the 19th-century Manor House, Ivatt Briscoe is a flexible and bright meeting room. Adjoining the Beech and Bessier rooms, this conference room is perfect for a multi-space event or individual break-out rooms. Holds up to 20 delegates.

Overlooking the Manor lawn, The Pine Room transports you to a traditional era with wood-panelling, fireplace and high ceilings. Perfect for board meetings during the day, or small gatherings and private dining by night. Holds up to 16 delegates.

With a unique view across the estate from above the Manor House entrance, General Hutton is an ideal size and style for board meetings and group training sessions. Holds up to 10 delegates.

The Study is an elegant, intimate room with chandelier and discreet mirrored AV screen, perfect for smaller meetings and private dining. Holds up to 6 delegates and 8 for private dining.

Located on the first floor of the Manor House, the Beech is adjoined to both the Bessier and Ivatt rooms, overlooking the Manor golf course. The smallest of our meeting spaces, the Beech is perfect for small meetings, interviews or to use as a day office by event organisers.

Located in the heart of the 19th-century Manor House, enjoy award-winning dining across three individually designed rooms. Expect fresh, quality ingredients and impressive interiors in a relaxed setting – perfect for dinner, private dining or afternoon tea.

Relax at our casual brasserie-style restaurant and bar with golf course views. Enjoy drinks, light bites or wholesome British classics daily from 7am to 10pm (kitchen closes at 8.30pm). Children aged six years and older are able to dine at any time in Nineteen. Children under six are welcome from 3pm.

Cosy up by the fireplace in winter or sip Champagne al-fresco on a summer’s day overlooking our estate. The 19th-century Manor Lounge and bar offers a range of 'British Tapas' light bites for lunch and cocktails/drinks until late. Afternoon tea and coffee is also served all day.
