CANCELATION POLICY Breathe Healing and Wellness is committed to providing the best service in a timely manner. We aim to accommodate your needs. Unfortunately, when a client cancels without giving adequate notice, it prevents another client from being served. This cancelation policy is used as a way of respecting the time and commitment of all parts involved. It explains the process for requesting cancellation and the fees applicable. This policy is used in fairness for both our business and the clients who would otherwise have wanted an appointment. We are implementing a straight forward cancellation policy to be upfront about all the costs you may face when engaging our services. Cancelation process We understand situations can arise in which you must cancel your appointment or reservation. Due to limited space availability, we request that you cancel with adequate notice. This allows us to fill that reservation slot. Please inform us by 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to notify us of any changes or cancellations. If no prior notice or the notice given is not provided within the minimum notice period, you will be charged a cancellation fee (see below) for the missed reservation. For retreats we require a minimum of 45 days notice for cancelation. For regular reservations and bookings a minimum of 5 days. For appointments we require a minimum of 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. Cancelation fees The cancellation fee is 30% of your total amount. The cancellation fee will be charged by credit (if applies). The cancellation fee may be deducted from a deposit paid for the reservation (if any). The cancelation fee is the sole responsibility of the client and must be paid in full within 3 days after invoicing. Your appointments are reserved especially for you. However, we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully & politely request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time. Spa services, treatments, and classes are non refundable if canceled within 24 hrs. Appointments will be held for 30 minutes and upon failure to show for the reserved time slot the appointment will be canceled and payment is nontransferable or refundable.
The deposit is 50% of any bookings. As stated in our cancellation policy, the cancelation fee will be deducted from the deposit. Meaning, 60% of the deposit which is equivalent to 30% of the total amount, will be retained.
