Today’s pioneer culture podcast guest is Paulina Loite, Chief People Officer at Fluido Group, who hosts 250-person retreats annually, and her favourite retreat venue has been the Berlin Now Hotel. Paulina, what retreat strategy was most effective in helping your team feel aligned?
Pauliina (00:17)
Well, I think one of the biggest things and the most important thing is to really make people feel that they are part of the planning a little bit, of being the team in a way, even though they’re guests, even though we are doing the event for them. It’s important for everybody to feel a part of the bigger picture.
So what happened with us is that at the end of the retreat, we obviously had some business in the beginning of the day. And then in the evening we broke out into a big party and it was so much better because everyone knew what was coming up and it was fantastic.
